Our large Homeowners Association needed a first class, professional Architectural Design Firm for a major renovation and improvement of our Gate Entrance. Your firm and staff did a fabulous job that our 554 homeowners and Board of Directors appreciated. We also appreciated the support with the City of Lake Mary in presenting the project for Approval by the City of Lake Mary.

I have worked with this firm for 6 months now, and let me tell you how professional, friendly and willing to do what ever it takes to get the job done right the first time and on-time. There pricing is UNMATCHED in the industry. Very Reasonable!!! About 15% cheaper then larger firms. They do it all, prints, CD's, sign/seal and plotting. Very good work. Quick, Reasonable and Friendly. I'm in LA, I have a design firm, and needed CAD Techs. There FTS is very easy and fast to use for file transfers. We are now happy to be in a long term contract with these folks. LA/CA

I have worked with these folks now for about 8 months, specifically with CAD Design. They are very professional and accommodating, even when down to the deadline.
