Make sure to provide us with as much information as possible: design rules, drawing borders, samples of a similar designs and your marked up drawings. 

Note:

We will do reverse engineering from prototypes and recreate hardcopy drawings in CAD.

Our goal is provide you with the absolute best service. To do this we have a few suggestions that will reduce design time, reduce the possibility of errors and improve the end result:

1. Provide a similar C.A.D. drawing as a template or example of how your finished drawing (s) should look.
2. Provide a border (s) that already has the layers set for layer name, color, line type, etc.
3. Provide any blocks that may be required.
4. Provide any design rules or guidelines that can be referenced if needed during the design process.
5. Indicate the end use for the drawing. This will determine the what type of design methods are best suited to your needs.
   

   Payment for Services

Canova & Castillo Design Group, Inc. requires a partial retainer for all contract drafting services in advance of any work, which will allow for the work to be completed. The designs will be clearly labeled as designs produced as a work-for-hire that have not been paid for.

The drawings are locked in a manner that does not allow editing or removal of the unpaid work-for-hire status.

We only accept: PayPal, Wire-Transfers, Cashiers/Bank Checks, and Verified Company Checks. We also provide Escrow Account Services for all our clients. (Escrow Account Service Fees May Apply)

ALL payments are due in full upon completion of work. Additional modifications and/or revisions are not considered part of the original request and are not considered a reason for delay of payment.
