*All Fees are subject to change without notice, and are estimated by the "Scope of Work". The above listed prices are a guideline, NOT set pricing.(+/-) Sign and Seal fees are "Stand-Alone", priced as a separate entity. Reimbursable Expenses:
1. Expenses of road tolls, parking fees and all automobile mileage at the current rate of reimbursable allowed by the U.S. Federal Government.
2. Expenses of C.A.D./Drafting plots and reproduction of documents, postage, express mail services, courier, communication and delivery services.
3. Expenses of professional renderings, professional models and mock-ups requested by the OWNER/CLIENT.
4. Expenses of photography, including the printing of photos used in preparation of in support of the project.
5. Expenses of additional insurance coverage limits, including but not limited to professional liability insurance, required by the OWNER/CLIENT in excess of that normally carried by the Contractors and Subcontractors, Architects and Architects consultants.
6. Expenses of transportation, meals and lodging for travel in connection with the project.
7. Expenses will be billed at actual cost. Canova & Castillo Design Group, Inc. will provide an itemized billing summary of all reimbursable expenses associates with any project. If requested by the OWNER/CLIENT, this summary can be supported with copies of actual vendor invoices for an additional administrative fee of $25.00 per invoice.
8. Canova & Castillo Design Group, Inc. rate schedule is updated annually in the month of January to reflect compensation adjustments and standard inflation indexes in accordance with our normal review practices. The attached schedule rates are effective through December 31st and work preformed thereafter is subject to an updated FEE Schedule. The OWNER/CLIENT will be notified of any changes with the first invoice that is affected by these updates.
